Do I need to know anything about computers?

No. You send me your info and a few photos, and I do the rest. If you want to make small edits yourself, I'll show you how.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and if you ever leave the Care Plan I'll hand everything over.

What if I don't like the mockup?

Then you don't pay anything. The first mockup is free, and you only pay the deposit once you want to go ahead.

I already have an old website. Can you redo it?

Yes. I can rebuild it so it loads fast, works on phones and shows your current hours and prices.

Do I have to sign up for the Care Plan?

No, it's optional. Without it, you pay for your own hosting (usually a few dollars a month) and I charge a small flat fee per update.
